F21 Properties sends property-related communications via SMS, RCS (Rich Communication Services), and WhatsApp to users who have explicitly consented. This page explains how consent is collected, what messages you may receive, and how to opt out at any time.

How You Opt In
You opt in when you:
- Submit a property enquiry form on f21properties.com and tick the consent checkbox
- Submit an enquiry via a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead form linked to F21 Properties
- Contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone and request to be kept updated
Consent checkbox text on our form reads: "I agree to receive property updates, enquiry responses, and promotional property updates from F21 Properties via SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."
Consent is NOT a condition of using our discovery services. You must be 18 years or older to provide consent.
Types of Messages You Will Receive
TRANSACTIONAL MESSAGES:
- Enquiry confirmation (sent once after form submission)
- Site visit reminder (sent 24 hours before scheduled visit)
- Follow-up on your specific property enquiry
PROMOTIONAL MESSAGES:
- New property launches matching your stated preferences
- Price updates on properties you enquired about
- Festival offers or time-limited deals from developer partners
Message Frequency: Promotional messages will not exceed 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt Out (STOP Instructions
You can opt out at any time using any of these methods:
Reply STOP — Reply STOP to any SMS or RCS message. You will receive one final confirmation and no further promotional messages will be sent. Reply STOP on WhatsApp — Send STOP in reply to any WhatsApp message. Email — Email info@f21properties.com with subject line "OPT OUT" and your phone number.
After opting out:
- Promotional messages stop within 24 hours
- One transactional message may follow for an active enquiry or site visit
- You can re-subscribe anytime by replying START or submitting a new enquiry
